You can search for properties by location/criteria or by listing number (MLS#), and you can view your search results on a map or in a list.

When you search by location/criteria, you specify a location, specify criteria and, if necessary, adjust the search until you have between 1 and 5000 property matches. When you search by listing number, you type in the listing numbers and, if necessary, choose between multiple instances of the same listing number.

You choose between Map View and List View on the Windermere.com home page. Use List View if you prefer to view results in a sortable list. Use Map View when your location is flexible or if you prefer to view results on a map. For more information, see Viewing Results.
