Expanding a Search
When a property search produces too few matches, you can increase the number of matches by zooming out on the map or broadening your search criteria.
In Map View
To zoom out on the map:
- On the left side of the map, click Zoom Out
.

To broaden the location:
- If a location boundary is currently displayed on the map, locate the red message box in the upper left corner and click Remove Boundary and Show All Listings.
To broaden the criteria on the Listings tab:
- Click the Listings tab.
- At the top of the tab, make sure By Property Criteria is selected.
- Adjust your criteria to include more properties. For example, expand your price range or delete any home age limitations. For detailed instructions, see Searching by Location & Criteria.
In List View
To broaden the criteria on the Criteria tab:
- On the right side of the page, click the Criteria tab.
- Adjust your criteria to include more properties. For example, expand your price range or delete any home age limitations. For detailed instructions, see Searching by Location & Criteria.
