Narrowing a Search
If a property search produces more than 5000 matches, you must reduce this number before you can view results.
In Map View
Zoom in on the map:
- On the left side of the map, click Zoom In
. - OR - - At the top of the map, select Zoom and then use your zoom cursor to draw an outline around the area you want to zoom in on. For detailed instructions, see Zooming In on the Map.
Narrow the criteria on the Listings tab:
- Click the Listings tab.
- At the top of the tab, make sure By Property Criteria is selected.
- Adjust your criteria to include fewer properties. For example, shrink your price range or select fewer property types. For detailed instructions, see Searching by Location & Criteria.
In List View
Narrow the criteria on the Criteria tab:
- Click the Criteria tab.
- Adjust your criteria to include fewer properties. For example, shrink your price range or select fewer property types. For detailed instructions, see Searching by Location & Criteria.
