Searching by Listing Number

A search by listing number (MLS number) is best conducted in Map View. You type in the listing numbers on the Windermere.com home page, and the results are displayed on the map and Listings tab. If multiple instances of a listing number are found in different regions, for example one in California and one in Arizona, the map will display them all; you can then zoom in on the ones you want to see.

To search for properties by listing number:
  1. On the Windermere.com home page, initiate a listing number search in Map View.
    1. Under View results as, click Map.
    2. Below that, click the Or, Search by MLS# text box.
    3. Type listing numbers separated by commas.
    4. Click Search.

    The properties that match your search are shown on the next page. The map shows a pushpin at each property location. The Listings tab shows the total number of matching properties and a list of those properties.

    If the number of matches is 0 (zero), the listings that you entered are no longer active.
  2. If pushpins appear in vastly different regions, and you did not expect this, it could be that one of your listing numbers exists in more than one region. Zoom the map in on the region in which you are interested. For more information, see Zooming In on the Map.
  3. To revise your search, you can add, change, or delete listing numbers at the top of the Listings tab and click Search.
