Viewing Property Details
You can view both basic and comprehensive details about any property in Map View or List View.
Note: If no properties are displayed on the map or list, narrow your search until there are 5000 matches or fewer.
To view basic property details:
- In List View, basic information about each property is shown in the list. Click a heading to sort the list by that heading.
- In Map View:
- Mouse over a pushpin on the map. A balloon appears containing a thumbnail photo and information about the property. - OR -
- Look at the list of search results on the Listings tab. Each property is listed with a thumbnail photo and basic information.
To view comprehensive property details:
- Display the Details tab for a property as follows:
- In List View, click
for this property. - In Map View:
- On the map, mouse over the pushpin for this property. In the balloon that appears, click View Details. - OR -
- On the Listings tab, click the address in the list.
Scroll down the tab to view property and agent information.
- In List View, click

to open a new page of information about this property, including property photos; property details and description; cumulative days on market†; list price history†; a bird's eye view of the property†; a 360° street view†; the property's Walk Score™ with map and distance to shops, restaurants, and other amenities†; mortgage calculator; and more. †when available
- To view details for another property, click prev property or next property on the Details tab or return to step 1.
