Problem: I am viewing the details of a property and a video appears in the Photo Viewer. When I play the video, it disappears.

There are two possible reasons and solutions:

REASON 1: You clicked the Photo Viewer play button (circled here in red) rather than the video's play button.

Solution: Look for a play button somewhere on top of the video image itself and click that play button.

REASON 2: The Photo Viewer is in slide show mode and it has moved on to the next slide.

Solution:

1. Locate the Photo Viewer controls.
   
2. Click Pause () to stop the slideshow.
3. Click Previous () to scroll back through the photos until the video appears in the Photo Viewer.
4. Look for a play button on top of the video image and click that play button.
