Problem: I am in Bird's Eye view and when I try to zoom out, nothing happens.

Reason: Bird's Eye view is only available at lower zoom levels. This means that you can only zoom out to a certain point while in that map type.

Solution: Change the map type to Road or Aerial.

• Above the map, click Road or Aerial.
  
  The map zooms out to the previous level.
