Problem: When I double-click on the map, it does not zoom in or center as expected.

There are a number of possible reasons and solutions:

REASON 1: You double-clicked on top of the blue status bar that appears temporarily on the map while the map is updating.

Solution: Move the cursor off of the blue status bar and double-click again.

REASON 2: You double-clicked while a property balloon was displayed on the map.
Solution: Move the cursor off of any pushpins and double-click again.

REASON 3: The map is already as zoomed in as possible.
Solution: You cannot zoom in any farther, but you can still move the map. For more information, see Panning the Map.

REASON 4: Your double-click was interpreted as a single-click.
Solution: Try again, making sure to click twice in rapid succession.

REASON 5: Your cursor is in Zoom mode as opposed to Drag mode.
Solution: Occasionally, double-click does not work while the cursor is in Zoom mode. At the top of the map, select the button next to Drag and try again.
