Problem: A property that has a scheduled open house is not marked as such.

There are three possible reasons:

REASON 1 (In markets where we sweep open house information from the MLS): The open house has not been added to the MLS. The decision to add a scheduled open house to the MLS is at the discretion of the listing agent.

REASON 2 (In markets where we display only Windermere open houses): The property is not listed with Windermere. In some markets, the only open houses that we can display are for properties that are listed with Windermere Real Estate.

REASON 3 (In markets where we display only Windermere open houses): The Windermere open house has not been added to our website. The decision to add a Windermere open house to our website is at the discretion of the Windermere listing agent.
