Problem: I clicked a button, or I clicked a link, or I did something on the map, and nothing happened in response.

Reason: Slow processing time.

Solution:

1. Look for an indication that the request is still being processed:
• Does the cursor look like a Wait Cursor (such as )?
• In Map View, is there a blue status bar on the map?

2. Wait five seconds. Sometimes it takes a while to process a request.
3. If there is still no response, click the button or link again or perform the map function again.
