Problem: When I mouse over a pushpin on the map, the balloon that appears contains information about a different property than the one I am interested in.

There are two possible reasons and solutions:

REASON 1: This pushpin probably represents more than one property. To verify this, look to see if the balloon shows a number range such as "1 of 5 >>". If it does, then the balloon represents that number of properties.

Solution: Click >> until the correct property appears in the balloon.

REASON 2: Separate pushpins are overlapping on the map.

Solution 1: Instead of mousing over the pushpin, try mousing over the property in the list of results on the Listings tab. Or click the property in the list of results, which will display the Details tab for the property.

Solution 2: Zoom in on the map until the pushpins no longer overlap.
