Problem: On the map, I do not see some or all of the pushpins that I expect to see.
There are a number of possible reasons and solutions:
REASON 1: Pushpins are displayed 100 at a time, and your search results include more than 100 properties.
Solution 1: Page through your search results until you see the pushpins you're looking for. Use the paging buttons in the yellow band on the Listings tab.

Solution 2: Narrow your search until your results include 100 properties or fewer. For more information, see Narrowing a Search.
REASON 2: One or more pushpins is at the edge of the map.
Solution:
- Turn your mouse into a Drag tool.
- At the top of the map, locate the Mouse Selector.
- Select Drag.
- Click-and-drag the map around to fully view all four edges of the map and any pushpins that might be there. After you stop dragging and release the mouse button, it might take few seconds for new pushpins to appear. For more information, see Panning the Map.
REASON 3: One or more pushpins on the map represent multiple properties. As a result, the number of pushpins visible on the map does not match the number of search results.
Solution: If a pushpin represents more than one property, the balloon for the pushpin contains additional information:
- Mouse over a pushpin.
- In the balloon that appears, look for a number range such as "1 of 5 >>".
- If a number range is shown, this pushpin represents multiple properties.
- If no number range is shown, this pushpin represents only one property.
- Click >> to scroll through the properties represented by this pushpin.
REASON 4: Slow processing time.
Solution: Wait five seconds. Sometimes it takes a while to update the map.
In this example, the status bar indicates "map loading..."
REASON 5: The search has not been initiated.
Solution: On the Listings tab, click Search to initiate your search and to ensure that the results on the map match the criteria that you entered.
REASON 6: Your search has returned 0 (zero) property listings. To verify this, look at the Listings tab. The number of matches is shown in the yellow band.
Solution: Expand your search. For more information, see Expanding a Search.
REASON 7: Your search has returned more than 5000 property listings. To verify this, look at the Listings tab. The number of matches is shown in the yellow band.
Solution: Narrow your search. For more information, see Narrowing a Search.
REASON 8: Search results are limited by your location boundary.
Solution: In the red message box in the upper left corner of the map, click Remove Boundary and Display All Listings.
