Problem: A property that is currently available for rent is not listed in the results when I search for rentals.

There are a number of possible reasons and solutions:

REASON 1: Your search criteria did not specify rental properties. To search for rentals, you must select Rentals on the Listings tab (in Map View) or the Criteria tab (in Map View) as shown here:

When you select Rentals, other property types are de-selected.

REASON 2: The property is not listed with Windermere. At this time, the only rental properties that we display on our website are those listed with Windermere Real Estate.

REASON 3: The rental property has not been added to our database. The decision to add a rental property to our database is at the discretion of the Windermere listing agent.
