Location Boundaries on the Map: When you start your search on the Windermere.com home page and choose View results as: Map, the map now appears with a boundary drawn around the location that you specified (based on the latest geopolitical mapping data). In addition, your search results are limited to only properties with that location in their listing details.
Note that while the location boundary on the map is based on the latest geopolitical mapping data, the location of a listing is based on the first-hand knowledge of the home owner and real estate agent. As a result, you will sometimes see pushpins on the map that fall outside the boundary, particularly in rural areas. This is intentional, as Windermere wants your search results to include all relevant listings.
Windermere.com Home Page: Windermere.com has a whole new look! As part of that change, we have expanded the property search options on the home page. When you search by location, you can specify additional criteria such as price range and property type. If you want to search by state, you can simply click on a map. And of course you can still search by MLS#.
Search from Every Page: Another thing we have added to Windermere.com is the ability to start a property search from any page on our site. Browsing through our new Buy a Home section and want to jump right into a property search? Just scroll to the top of the page, type in a location, and click Search!

Listing Detail Page: You can now display a full page of information about each property that includes photos; property details and description; cumulative days on market*; list price history*; a bird's eye view of the property*; a 360° street view*; the property's Walk Score™ with map and distance to shops, restaurants, and other amenities*; mortgage calculator; and more.
*when available
